Packing

To me, the worst part of any trip is the packing.  I am just about finished with my suitcase, but there are still a few more things to put in.  Somewhere I read that instead of folding the clothes and putting them in the suitcase, you should roll the clothes and put them in.  That way, they are less likely to be wrinkled when you pull them out and you can get more in.  It seemed to work last year, so I'm doing it again

Fe has done a great job on her packing (of course) and the boys'.  We are also taking some local food over as a thank-you to those who invited us.  I got some blueberry preserves, vidalia relish, peach salsa, Wolfgang chocolate, chow-chow--all of which I like--and pork rinds, which I hate.  Fe and the boys like them though, so we'll see how our Irish cousins like them.  Fe put them in bubble wrap and we'll check that luggage in.  Then we'll use it to bring souvenirs home.
